Basic trainingsession for Local Fulltime Workers (LFT brothers) will take place at the Ananda Gaorii master unit outside of Copenhagen from August 5 to September 18, 2010.

LFT training is an important step, it can be a life changing experience. Spirituality is not just theory. In fact it is 99% practical. LFT training makes the theory real. By absorbing yourself intensively in spiritual practice, being saturated with kiirtan, Prabhat Samgiit, sentient food, good company, meditation, and spiritual ideation for a solid period of time like this, your very cells will be transformed. It is a period of rapid spiritual evolution, a huge step towards realizing the Spiritual Ideal we all hold so dear.

And through exploring our revolutionary ideology, and learning more about its amazing vision for humanity you will develop a sense of being part of a great mission on Earth.

The training last for 45 days. Its benefits will last a lifetime.

During LFT training you will:

• Become established in sadhana and attain a new level of spiritual experience.
• Develop good habits, becoming established in all aspects of Tantric lifestyle and discipline.
• Deepen your knowledge of sadhana and spiritual lifestyle.
• Be transformed into a true yogi in the manner of Tantric disciplines since time immemorial.
• Learn fully to appreaciate our ideology - unique in the history of the world.
• Equip yourself with knowledge and tools to work for the great mission.
• Experience what it means to be part of a spiritual family. Many people make lifelong friends during this kind of training.
• Acquire skills such as public speaking, vegetarian cooking, and playing kiirtan.
• Emerge spiritually vitalized, charged with positive microvita.

What will be expected of you as a trainee:

• Trainees must commit to stay for the entire 45 days period.
• You must be initiated and have been practising meditation regularly for several months at least, preferably with the second lesson.
• You must be practising 16 points.
• You must have attended least one Ananda Marga retreat before coming to training.
• You must sincerely follow discipline and schedule during the training.
• It is preferably but not essential that you are prepared to take on committment as LFT for at least one year after the training is completed.
• You must have the recommendation of your local Acarya.

Trainer

Dada Ambareshvarananda, our trainer, has many years of experience as LFT trainer. He is well known to many workers of this Sector and elsewhere and we are very excited to have him with us. His trainees always benefit greatly under his tutelage, becoming stronger ideologically and more inspired to work for out mission.

Dada is going to invite some guest teachers to make the training program even more inspiring.

Training Program

The training will include the full LFt syllabus, ending with examination and SPT (Special Physico-psychic Training). This covers spiritual practices and conduct rules, spiritual philosophy, social philosophy, organisation, and Prabhat Samgiit.

Costs

The fee for the training is €300. This will pay for the trainees food and upkeep. If you cannot afford this please talk with your RS or the Trainer and they may be able to make some special arrangement.
